I love these little guys. They have such a quirky call too. I photographed it in mid-April near home. Perch less than ideal, but I didn't want to not take the image because of that.

    Szia Akos,

Nice bird and you got a nice look from it. I also like the detail in the plumage. Perch indeed isn't ideal, but the BG is great. Greetings to you from the other side of the world.

Glad you didn't pass this one up. Fine color and detail add alot to this image and make the perch acceptable.
Looks like you nailed the exposure as well.

Shows the bird off nicely. The pose is attractive, colors great. Perch is less than ideal, but it is what it is.

I was trying to figure out where this Flycatcher was from. Think I've got it now. Nice and crisp, Akos. I think we all would've taken this opportunity despite the wire perch.

Cool inquisitive look, and you have exposed the darker plumage nicely. Sharp, and cant help wondering if you CW rotated the perch, would the pose still look natural. Just a thought bru.

The head turn is perfect. Nice exposure, sharpness, and BG. Agree with CW rotation of the perch.

Sharpness, head angle, pose and details on superb Akos. Nuts to the perch. :D. (That's polite for ......it's not that important bro', :)). Nice one.

Lovely species, pose and BG, perch and light are not ideal IMO. Fill lfash would have helped eliminate the harsh shadows.
    Congratulaitons!
