Pelican at the San Diego La Jolla cliffs, during Artie's IPT last year. Can anyone tell me the status of the hills?
The were placing signs so you couldn't get near the cliffs?

Sweet light, exposure, and wing position. Great DOF, and BG too. I might add a little space to the top, and maybe the left, though there is a line that is evidence that you already added canvas on the left. Should be easy to clean up :)

This is cool Fabs. As Aidan said re the canvas and line. Other than that, this is very good with super detail and killer eye contact. The water drops are a nice touch.

Super Fabs! Love the action and looking pose, can't be any better. Ditto the edge where canavas has been added is visible, time for heal brush.

Now here's an angle that I havent seen from a pelican before. Great capture Fabs, and I like the awkward posture from the wings. Those eyes are staring directly at you. I really like this. Congrats.

Wow, that fellow really pops against that nice background. Beautiful colors and great sharpness. Head angle is of course killer.

In addition to the line at the left, there is a dust spot over the birds right shoulder near the top of the frame. And there are some white spots below its left foot which could be water drops or artifacts from pp.

    Congrats. JR

The eye contact is great, made me smile. You really got his attention Fabs. Did he crash land?
