Sweet light, excellent wing position, and good eye contact. Perhaps a little more canvas on the left.

Lovely light and colours, Chris. Well exposed whites. Yellow of eye and bill work well with the blue BG.

Sweet light Chris, and very well exposed. Overall, nice and sharp too.

I agree with all the comments, in addition to adding more canvas to the left, a would add a little more to the right and bottom.

Perfect exposure Chris. Lovely colors and light. I don't find it that tight at all (okay, just a bit more on the bottom pls.). Like it a lot! Thanks for sharing. :)

Light, eye contact and wing position look good. Another vote for a slightly wider crop and I wish the legs were more evenly lit.

I don't mind the width of the crop, but would like a bit more room below as I find the lowest wingtip a little close to the edge. Good exposure, and pose.

Ditto on more room at the bottom and to the left. Ditto on all the positives already mentioned. JR

    Hi Chris

We are just starting to get these increasing in numbers in the UK, with the first pair successfully breeding last year. You captured this one in a great flight pose and some good light. Exposure and sharpness look very good. The room around the bird has been previously mention and I think the shadow on the legs doesn't really detract from a fine image.

    Cheers

    Rich
