Hi RR, Lovely capture of this little wren with good detail and a nice clean BG. I also like the head turn and excellent eye contact. My one nit is that I find the crop a lbit tight to the left side. also I would crop a tad from the top and botton and the right side thus bringing the wren in to a more prominent position in the frame. The small stripe on the head looks a tad hot on my monitor. Otherwise a very beautiful capture !!
Good job above by JLM (Just realized that those are my daughter's initials: Jennifer Lauren Morris.) The exposure problems (which you handled pretty well stem from the fact that the light is off angle, i.e. from the high left.
Below is my crop (which eliminates the knots on the upper part of the perch).
