Good looking bird with great eye contact. Looks a little underexposed; why did you choose -2/3 EC? Great sharpness and a nice perch and BG.

I like the eyes the perch and the BKGR.

I might have tried the image a little more width in the crop.

    Thanks for sharing

The -2/3 EC was a blunder Doug. I had set it for a diffrent setting earlier in the day and forgot to change it. By the time I realised, the bird was gone.

Brightened the image using curves. Does it look better now?

Great pose and good repost. I like the stare, looks so much like our Aussie Brown Goshawk (Accipiter fasciatus). Awesome stare. The whole scene probably unfolded pretty quickly, but a little more DOF would have been nice to render the smaller wing feathers sharp too. The rest is pin sharp. Congrats and TFS Doctor Pranay

I like the repost from Mital, but I still think that the wing area could be brightened a bit. Still, a great stare and a beauty of a bird.

Repost makes justice to this beautiful bird. Love the eye contact and rock where it is perched.
