Hands on video review of the Canon 1200 f/5.6L lens

Greetings to all. This is my first post at BPN.

I wanted to share with you guys a video that Juan Pons and I put together on the Canon 1200 f/5.6L. Scott Elowitz at LensCoat had this mythical lens for a few hours, and we were able to get over to his place for some footage.

We were able to get some still and some video, both of the lens and through the lens, even with a 2X teleconverter! We also compared some video shots with the Canon 500 f/4L IS.

The stills and the video were all shot with the Canon 5D Mark II.
