    F stop: f/8.0
    Exposure Bias: 0
    Metering Mode: Partial

Crop a little off the top and the left side, noise reduction on the BG and selective sharpen the eye.

I am not real sure about the crop on this as nothing really seemed right.

Thank You for any & all comments.

I think this is very nice Bill. I might even crop in a little tighter to match the furtive pose of the bird. The BG hues match the feathers very nicely. Did you try sharpening the feathers at all, it might bring out some more nice detail. Exposure looks good.

    Hi Bill,
I like the capture...this is an unusual pose...as far as composition goes, I gave you another angle to consider...I cropped a little from the bottom, from the left and right sides of the frame to get him tighter...boosted the saturation and contrast slightly, opened up the mid-tones and shadows a little and selective sharpened the eye and portions of the feather details, also ran a low level pass of noise reduction in the background...tell me what you think...its a matter of personal taste...

I like the original post better, looks more natural with less sharpening and contrast But the second crop with centering the bird is better as the protruding neck is less distracting. Very interesting pose.

Nice picture, somewhere between 1 and 2 will be good for me. Very original and regal image - well done.
