    I'm not good with birds, wish there wasn't so much seedweed in the picture I tried to leave room in the FG because I didn't get his feet. I'm not good in PS either, I sharpened a little and cropped some off the right side. All C&C welcome and much appreciated.

    I like the pose, perfect head angle and side light works pretty well here since the face is illuminated. You did well leaving enough foreground for the feet and then some. I like the background with the surf not interfering with the bird, although the seaweed is distracting.
    In general, pretty good.

    This is a wonderful photograph that you created. I like the angle of view, the eye contact and overall feel to this. The IQ (image quality) is excellent and I think a tighter crop (subjective of course) would work very well. I attached my vision. Thanks for sharing and let's see more! :)

    Tighter crop works for me, I might also tone down the whites on the neck a wee bit.
