Quite an interesting pose captured of the Lammergeier landing. Self nit would be the out of focus rock bottom left

Classic pose like a true glider, the details, BG and perch look great, just wished the bird head was just more towards you.. still a great image.. congrats..

Like the angle, feather detail, colours & BG. Would have liked to see the head angled more towards the camera. Having said that, I still view this as a great image and one I would love to have in my gallery.

Let me add my compliments to this excellent image. Concur with HA and OOF left rock comments. IMO The darkness in lores (area between eye and bill) could stand some lightening. All that considered, this is a great image which you can be justifiably proud.

Nice pose and exposure looks good, Ryan. I don't find the OFF rock too distracting. A slight head turn toward camera as noted by Gerrie would be a little nicer. May be worth lightening/desaturating the darker/greenish areas in the BG and a little more room around the bird would be nice. Well done.

Head angle doesn't bother me much Ryan. Be nice, but not essential as this is so strong and has masses of impact. Gorgeous study of this beautiful bird.

Beautiful bird, excellent details and head angle no problem to me. The back rock distracts though to me.

More eye contact would be great and a little more space. I would clone out the dark spot under the tail. OOF rock is fine, but if you want, you can fix that with a bit of careful PP work. I love your raptor shots Ryan. Thanks for sharing mate. :)

This is one fine capture Ryan and can benefit a lot with a bit of canvas added top left and right.
The OOF rock does bother a bit, have you thought of cloning it out?
