    Hi Arash,
I like the composition , image and capture...you have fine sharp details and I like the raised wing position...the color rendition is good...would have liked to have seen a lower capture angle if possible...looking forward to your next one...

Really like the wing position and feather detail. Muddy feet a plus.

Impressive pose and details, Arash. Only thing that might have improved it even more would have been a lower angle as Gus said, but very nice as presented. Well done!

The sharp detail, especially on the underwing is wonderful. Colors are also super. There's something about the composition that seems like it needs a small tweak - maybe a bit more space on the bottom?? Not sure.
    Well done

    Hi Arah

Excellent timing !! Agree with suggestions and can add one !! Would take out the highlights on the bill, I don't take many things out but these are real high on my list !!! Might also add a tad more contrast !!!

Nice composition and the wing position is perfect.....nice color too. I agree that ust a tad more contrast might help. I like this image very much!

Hi Arash, I love the wing position, pose and feather detail (sharpness) in this image. Your composition also looks nice. I didn't pick up on the need for more contrast and cloning out the bill highlights; those are interesting suggestions. As for getting lower, I agree, and imagine that you'd end up a lot more muddy than the Godwit!!;) Nice catch!!

looking at that mud, i'm not sure a lower capture angle would have been possible without getting VERY muddy!! love the raised wings and agree about getting rid of those highlights on the bill. an easy fix.

Good advise given, nice picture. I love the use of shadows in the wing and the mud walk, very original - well done.

thanks guys, lower angle was off limits, I will remove the sparks on the bill and pop the contrast as Al suggested.
    Thanks again
