The side lighting of the original prairie dog made it a little more difficult to get the light and merging right with the owl's head. I used a variety of filters and masking in Topaz Adjust to try to blend the colors better. Thanks for looking.

Wow that is such an awesome result of hard work Cindy. I totally love it to bits. SO well done!!! :) YAY!!!
Hi Cindy, I think you did a very nice job blending the 2 images. Besides being fun the image has a nice backround and a good comp...
Cindy, Awesome merge!! I like the comp. and BG also as Dave mentioned. Love those eyes-they look perfect for that pose.
Wow Cindy! That's great!! Really good work and it looks completely believable. Love it!

This is fantastic Cindy...I love the merge...this is well done, it does look like one image...
Thanks so much for everyone's comments. I do appreciate them.
Denise, the head and eyes are from the twin of Gus's image. I thought it also a coincidence that we both did rodent-owl morphs.
Great work Cindy! This is the product of burrowing owls and ground squirrels fooling around underground!!
Great merge, Cindy. And a cute critter to boot!:)
