    Default Yellow water lily

    Yellow water lily Nuphar luteum

    Canon 40D, Canon 500 mm + 1.4TC, ISO 400, 1/200, f8, tripod
PP: slight crop due horizontal level, shadows, contrast, colours, sharpness, noice reduction.
The bg is more busy due drops of rain.

Milan, you get points for getting us a view that we don't often get to see. I like the original composition and angle of this. I do wish there were less drops/distractions on the back lily pads, though.

For the water at the front right side of the frame, I think I'd clone out the lighter spots.

I also like the perspective you were shooting this and the reflection looks nice. I think you could crop it tighter though as the background is not the best available.

Great perspective, i agree with the ideal to crop and would also darken the BG to lessen it's distraction and enhance the lily.

Love the yellow, really bright, the reflection is awesome, the Bg is taking away from the flower, agree with the crop. Great job :)
