Took this last summer. Sometimes roses that haven't completely opened make good subjects. Used a gold reflector on this. Added a bit of Topaz simplify then brought out more detail.

Very nice and soft light as well as colors. Centered comp works well in this case for me. TFS guru! :)

Dave, You are on a roll with your roses-just lovely!! I need to get a gold reflector-I like the color tones on this.
Beautiful image, Dave. Very effective use of simplify with some of the details added back. Thanks for adding your settings here and the tip about the reflector.
