    Default Lucky 13

I thought this was an unusual splash pattern, but since this shot I have captured 3 more images of the same splash pattern at different angles.

Amazing. Perfect focus on the splash. Maybe some CCW rotation?

CCW rotation for sure. If the sharpness is there I might even go for a close-up of the head/splash. Forget the reflection and the body. JR

Hee-hee--Pretty interesting symmetry on the splash Danny! I think if you crop in on just that part of the pic and rotate as others have mentioned you would have a more powerful comp.

Very cool capture of the splash although it does need a little rotation.

    Daniel,

Love this not only because you don't see this kind of image every day, but also because I can appreciate how difficult it must've been to get the head and splash in perfect focus. I agree with other crits. Super well done!

    Thanks for the rotation.
    Don't know what VWD means?
Anyone know why my thumbnail is black?

VWD = "very well done" I think
Not sure about the no thumbnail. It is an issue at times with images not hosted on the BPN server. Looking at your post the link doesn't seem to specify a filename.jpg so possibly the program is unable to locate the image file to generate the thumbnail. Changing the format of the link may be an option to try. Alternatively a $20 membership of BPN would enable you to upload your images to the BPN server.

A very unique capture, probably due to the shape of the water splash. This angle captured the moment beautifully. All nits have been covered. Congrats!
