    Default Fun in the mud

Mud season, shorebird that is, is here. This Sanderling was shot on Sunday at Point of Pines in Revere MA.
I did bit of cleanup on the mud and toned down the flanks of the bird, added catch-light too.
    CC appreciated.

Good exposure, love the raised foot, sharp and great low angle About all I would do is remove the light stripe up top. Sort of competes with bird and without will have better proportion !! Excellent image !!!

Excellent comments from Al. Great pose but the light stripe is competing with the subject. Well done.

Agree with the crop from the top. Whites appear a bit hot. Love the raised right leg. JR

Super low angle, and love the raised leg. Good detail and colours throughout. Well captured Ilija.

Thanks Al, as always, great to hear your comments, I can easily QM the top stripe here since it is OOF and have plenty of
darker BG material. Will do. I'm glad you like it.

Thanks everyone, I can't wait for all the shorebirds to show up.
Hope to get that Baird's this season:)

I am not sure whether the bright top bothers me as the bird is pretty prominent in the frame and big enough. Maybe tone it down a little. Good work Ilija. Thanks for sharing.
