Love his pose and BG, exposure is spot on and colors are wonderful. I wish for a little more room at the bottom. Overall a very nice image.

Great pose and clean BG. Good color rendition in the bird. Grass seems a bit hot to me, maybe toning down the greens may help.
I like the pose, iridescence, eye contact and angle. Another vote for more room at the bottom for the 'virtual tail' and if it were mine I would remove the single blade of grass in front of the tail.
Good angle with great light and detail, I like the look up pose, very unique.

I took all of your suggestions and did a repost -- reduced the saturation a bit also as I felt it was a tad strong.
