    The fact that the bird has already passed doesn't bother me a bit in this one since it is amazing to see the iridescent colors in the plumage. Great details, too. I might crop a bit off the top, but that's just personal preference.

    Awesome image Jim. Love being able to see the topside and the irredescence is beautiful in this capture. as well as a killer BG. Beautiful work !

    Agree on all counts - great image!

    Tell me, out of a string of glossy flight images, how many of them are just the right angle to properly show off the irredescence?

    Nice work as usual, Jim. There have been lots of glossies here in Wako and Green Cay.
    I've been working on the techniques you taught me with some success. Looking forward to March on the boat.

    Really nice Jim. Because the bird is flying downwards I would rather see more room below than on top.
