Great pose and nice colors on the perch. Although it is a bit overwhelming for the little fellow. It seems to me that the head is not entirely sharp. And there is a bright pixel right in the middle of the pupil. Flash?
Cute little guy, I like the fluffed-up plumage, eye contact and raised tail. I agree that the perch is a bit large for a bird this size and another vote for more sharpening of the bird.
