    This is one neat bug !!!! Love those legs !!

    Excellent sharpness, exposure and bg Might take a little off the bottom and sure you could have gotten it more parallel to maximize dof !!! Sweet capture !!!

    DOF looks very good Adrian, and the BG is very lovely with muted colours. The bug is nice and sharp too right to the tip of his snout. This reminds me of a bug we have over here called Walking Stick. The only thing I can think of improving it would be softer light. Nice shot though. Looking forward to more.

    Hi Adrian...Looks great! Really like the DOf but getting parallel as Al suggested would have made it even better. Colors are great! I also agree that taking just a little off the bottom will pull your eye into the main subject.

    I totally agree with you about getting parallel to the bug, but if I would have done that I would have obstructed the light, and put him into the shadow.I am very happy that I could get him to stand still on that rock for a few moments....
