excellent capture of this forest eagle...nice to see a CSE in the open...loved the HA, eye contact and sharpness...the shadow of the 2 twigs on the trunk adds nicely... is there some selective PP on the beak??? I see a small grey patch before the shine on my monitor...

Harshad, great exposure and light. Bird is nice and sharp and I like the perch. I wish the tree didn't cut off the back of his body though. I might crop along the left to only show half of the tree trunk. Congrats

    Harshad:

Sharp, very nicely exposed, HA. He seems to have a bit of a pensive look.

As Brian mentioned, I would consider a crop in from the left, to at least eliminate the sliver of background LLC.
If you have it, might add just a bit to right as well. I agree about the tail being cut off by the tree, but still, presents very well.

Beautiful rich browns in the bird, tree and BG, the yellow immediately draws my attention to the face of this lovely bird. The twig shadows are a little distracting to me. Congrats on a fine image.

I have to say that I like it as presented although I do understand what the above comments are going to, I would go with Brian crop suggestion. Light, species, pose, colores, BG, detail and colors are lovely! Congratulations!

As Brian suggested I too would go for a crop on the left, but I like it as presented too. The light is great and nice details.

this is fantastic capture of this beautiful raptor harshad. my only suggestion would be to crop from left and bottom and add more space to right and top
