    Default Indigo Bunting finally

    Attached Images Attached Images

Its been quite awhile I've been trying to get a good shot of
an indigo bunting. finally over the last two days 7 hours in
a suv hide, I finally got some shots that are my best so far.
Some closer etc, but I like the framing of the weeds etc on
this shot. Some ps work of course.
    Canon 50D, 400DO f4 @ f9, 1/500, iso 400 camera -.33 stop,
and the better beamer -2 stops.

Increased the image size to max. Thanks

Beautiful shot Don! I love the selective focus on the bird. I would like to see the post larger however! 1024X800, 200kb is allowed and we would be able to really enjoy this one at that size!!

Lovely shot Don - I like the way the perch and the stem in the background frame the bird

The bird looks great, with excellent sharpness, eye contact, and pose! I'd love to get one of these someday. I would trim a bit of canvas off the left, more off the top, and add a little on the right.

I like how you framed the bird with the vegetation, and the back view with head turn works for me.
