I was outside my house at about lunch time today when i saw a pair of caracaras flying around, so i ran inside grabbed the camera and went back out, the caracaras were gone but this hawk appeared out of no where.

I'd trade this for a couple of Caracaras any day. A little more direct eye contact would've been nice. Still, a nice view of a cool bird.

Very nice image and you did great on the exposure. Love the detail in the wings and it looks like he's eye balling you. First time I've seen one of these, very beautiful species.

What a beautiful looking raptor....white plumage is so against their nature isnt it;)
In the given situation , youve done a fabulous job, the feather features are very nice...

Love the texture/feather pattern below the wings. You did well with the exposure. Would be great if you could get just a bit more detail on the body in PP?

I never saw these either Adams. Nice species indeed. Pretty good for a grab shot I say. Nice underwing details. :)
