I am really fond of Northern Wheatear which we get passing through here during spring and a few autumn birds just starting to appear. The males in spring colours are beautiful birds but not the easiest to get close to often. This looks like a youngster and not the neatest looking one I have seen. A well balanced composition on the photo and the exposure, sharpness, clean background with soft colours and DOF add up to a fine photograph. The only change I would consider would be to remove the purple patch on the rock which draws the eye a little.
Overall quite nice, but I'm finding the image a tad bright. Darkening the midtones a bit would be beneficial to your image IMO. Once every few years one of these shows up here in the fall and causes quite a stir among the birding community :-)
