    Here is part of a Lilac blossom taken last spring. I wanted to have a close look at a few buds over a clean background. I am wondering if the bottom end of the picture is too busy. Shouls I have removed some of those OOF buts before taking the picture?

    Rene, I like this as presented, the colors are beautiful and they work well w/ the BG color. I do see a bit of noise in the BG but just a bit. Lovely image IMO.

    It is nice as presented and a nice combination of colours. I do think that your suggestion is a good one. By removing the bits and pieces along the bottom the centre stem and folowers would have been a simpler and stronger composition imo. Next spring? Dave

    The color palette is wonderful and so os the center stem. Agree you could take the time to clean up the bottom.

    Nice macro. Since this is part of the flower I will not clean it, maybe just the half flower in the right corner.
