Well, I know, that I am posting my next image that is not really following the rules of photography, as some of you mentioned before. But these are the pictures I am quite unsure what to think about.
I want to have this fantastic forum not only to show the "best of", but the "wonder, what you guys are thinkung about"- pictures.

I created this picture at Farne Islands. I made some portraits of the arctic tern, sitting on the rocks, when the second bird flew in from above. There was no time for changing position or anything else.
Since that day I am struggling with the composition. The Origininal has some more canvas on top and on the right side, but not enough for the whole bird and the tail is also clipped a bit.

What I really like is the curve of the tail and the interacting of the birds.
So, what do you think about it?

This is an interesting image Rosl. I like the curve on the tail feather but wish it weren't covering the beaks. I would prefer to see a bit of the wing of the bird as well. Removing the oof background plant touching the bird's breast may be an option.

This is a very intimate image. I'd really be tempted to reconstruct and add in body parts to make it even stronger. I think it would take someone like Robert O'Toole to pull it off well, but it might be worth it.

I think that if you had--by luck--and considering the soft light--been five feet to your left you would have been famous! Though it is interesting and intimate the tail feathers over the beaks kill it for me.
