    One of the last images I took with the Sigma 50-500 before I moved on to the Canon 500F4.

    I like the comp and pose, and this is nice and sharp. Cool perch, and what a great looking BG.

    great light and tack sharp! how did you experience the 50-500? some people complain about persistent softness - would you say it's a lens-to-lens issue based on manufacturing or did you experience some frustration as well?

    Nailed this one. Excellent color and clarity with perfect BG. May some brightness to the eye would be helpful.

    Beauty Pose, great perch and lovely Bg. I think it needs a round of sharpening on the back of the bird though. Still a lovely Image, congrats...

    Terrific image. I love the warm colors lighting up this beautiful species. The perch is interesting too. Hopefully I'll get to see and photograph some of the Belted variety in my area this winter. Excellent work!
