    Hi folks
Been sad as my laptop died a few days ago and while we got a new one I only just really had time to play and participate. :( I lost all my reflection images I worked on last week. Bummer.
Here is a Rainbow Lorikeet a la topaz!

    Hope it's cool! ;)

Akos, I think your Topaz effect looks great! I like the bold colors and the effect on the grass. Nicely done and hope your new laptop is awesome!

The colours and the pose are great Akos. Topaz is a great effect with the colours and detail, there is a bit of a halo around the bird. Was wondering where you have been.

Akos - glad you're back up and running! We missed you. The bird and Topaz treatment are beautiful:)

Hi Akos, Nice use of the filter and beautiful colors. The backround is muted nicely and I would only take out that bright area near the birds wing.

Thanks folks! :) Dave, you are right! I did tone down the bright patch to the left of that and ignored the blatantly obvious. :)

    Denise,
It is a rocket compared to the last one. CS4 launches in about 10 seconds flat and most tasks that took minutes before now take seconds.

sorry your LT died....good excuse for an update though.
My pc is an older Dell p4....but it kicks right along.

The lorikeet is sweet......looks like a Dave Seeram Illustration
Color sats are just right IMO
