    Nice pose and wing position, esp. that far wing; I love the underwing detail there. If you paint a QM of the shaded parts of the bird, hit control J and then control M, pulling up on the curve will lighten the shaded areas.

    The eye really grabs my attention. The focused intensity makes this even stronger than the great pose.

    Good action shot. I like the tail feathers fanned out. I agree with ARtie that you should try to lighten the shadow areas a bit.
