    “Lady Amber”

This pretty lady came to visit my Pops flower garden one afternoon. She was painted with a Nikon D3 using a Nikkor AF-S 300mm f/4 D IF-ED lens, with a Nikkor 1.7 T/C.

    Image Solution:
    focal length @ 510mm / exposure mode @ aperture priority / matrix metering / ISO @ 320 /1/650sec - f/5.6 / exposure comp @ +0.3EV / white balance @ cloudy / AF Mode @ AF–C, dynamic range /color mode @ sRGB / tone comp @ +2 degree / hue adjustment @ +2 degrees / saturation factor @ +2 degrees / no speedlight / no tripod - hand held, braced against tree.

    Comments greatly appreciated...

    Hi Gus:

You've posted simply an spectacular image, I like a lot, because of the sharpness captured, the brilliant color of the dragonfly and the perfect alignment of the body with the sensor. Very well done.

    Bye,
