A pair of white faced ducks having a preening session. Pity the guy on the right has his eyes closed, but there again, he must be enjoying it.

Very cute capture. You did great with the colors and nice BG. I don't mind the shut eye as it gives this a more intimate feel. I think this might benefit from a crop left and right. Congrats.

The interaction looks great! I also like the sharpness, exposure control and BG. I don't mind the closed eye at all, I think it adds to the mood.

Yes, I too think the closed eye adds to the image. I think this could have worked as a vertical with the sides cropped and more of the ducks showing below (I especially find the lower duck awkwardly cut short in the frame). Cute interaction!

Nice detail, behavior and exposure. I agree with a little crop on both sides.

Thanks a lot guys. Here is a repost with the sides cropped. I feel this is too square, and adding to the top would leave empty space.
Dan, I agree adding to the bottom will work.

I liked the original better, I could also see this as a vertical crop if you have more room at the bottom.

Thanks Axel. I do have room at the bottom, showing most of their bodies. I will relook at the entire image and process accordingly.

I like the original better than the repost, as it is just too square. I also feel that a vertical original would have been stronger, but I still like the interaction here.

Awwwwww, so sweet it is :)

Another vote for the original, although I don't mind square crops, I do not care much for it here.
    Very good EXP control Stuart.

I like that its eyes are closed, it gives the interaction some interest. Can't decide which crop I like best.
