Actually, he was just walking. :) Photographed on Machias Island 2 weeks ago.

a wonderful image Axel, the S/H tool would bring out some detail in the head.

You really nailed the exposure, Axel. I like your comp but I'd like to see a bit more room on the left. The image is too narrow to my eye.

I think you have the comp spot on Axel. I like the pose, especially with the right foot half off the rock. Ive said it before, those white striped markings on the head and beak are amazing. Lovely colours in the BG too. Another great razorbill from you.

Yes it does have a feel of unrest with the raised leg and head turn, great as all in the series.

Strong composition and good exposure. Good job on the blacks.

I really like the comp here, the raized foot and the very interesting BG.
Although the light looks stonger than previous images the exposure is excellent.

Very nice composition. I'd agree with bringing out more detail in the blacks.

My only wish here is to tone down the rock since it's too bright.
    Love the pose and BG.

Nice exppsure, detail, species and comp although I am not too crazy about the foot as it doesn't really feel as he's walking to me. Lovely BG and colors! Congratulations!
