Of late there have been a few shots of birds in juvenal plumage that have posed identification challenges as these plumages are often lacking in field guides.
Here is another, but I do know what it is! The adult has graced the forums of BPN but I don't think this plumage has. Any guesses...
OK Declan- here's a long shot! Still Can't see your post so enlarged the thumbnail, which I can see, using Genuine Fractals in Ps. I think the grey head, white under chin, dark streaks on breast, and rusty on wing with black along leading edge suggest a species but I won't say just yet!
BTW, I think Genuine Fractals did a pretty nice artistic job, just right for Out of the Box!

Hmm, I wonder what happened? It displayed nicely in the preview. Perhaps something related to the BPN downtime or operator error on my part. C'est la vie, it shall remain a mystery.
When i reposted it I could see the image and the original link also came back to life. When I looked earlier today there was no image, now you (John) can see it but I can't! Most unusual. Fortunately I kind of prefer your OFTB version.
I had given up on this since I so rarely could see an image other than your fine interpretive version. Does this mean you can actually see something?
In any event you are indeed correct but then I suspect you are well acquainted with the plumage. Many are surprised at first encounter to see that one of our lighter colored birds starts out so dark.
