    Default Wet Cow in DAP

Took this on the W/E and put it through DAP in Benson going form real to surreal, in a watercolour painting stroke. Saved as a PSD and reduced the opacity to bring some of the detail from the original photo. I sort of liked the effect.

Great effect Jackie. I like! I wonder if you increased the opacity so that minimal of the original shows and perhaps reduce opacity on eyes only to reveal more detail how that would work? Experimenting is always great!
    Thanks for sharing. :)

nice effect Jackie....detail almost looks like some kind of branding on cow's side.

Be aware the surrealistic will distort and twist the image, usually leaving original
in .psd export almost useless....juist an FYI in case you didn't notice

Hi Jackie, yes, there is a surreal quality to the image. Are those whitish strands Hay?

What I like best is the way the BG glows, and the "wet" feeling of the whole image. well done, Jackie!

Jackie, I think this image really does look surreal. The pose and treatment look great to me!!

Nice one Jackie! I like the juxtaposition of the images, not to mention that "wet cow" just makes me laugh!

Original "wet cow" :). Dave the bits on the back are what they program laid down when I put it into details. I kept switching modes all through the process. I like them but just left them there and left it up to people's imaginations what it would be. Akos, I thought of that and then I thought someone would say "nothing sharp" to lock on to. Still have the orig. Always worth trying more variations IMO and will give it a go. Thanks for the comments, this was fun to work on.
Dave thanks for the tip. Just finally got a grasp of the program a little better from reading the tutorial (duh), and your posts. The program really is a blast!

Erased back the eyes, nose, and grass in the mouth a little compared to the original post. I like it better. Just for you Akos:) , thanks for the suggestion.
