    7:35am image, Canon 5D MKII, 400 f/5.6L, near where I live and it suprised me
    1/500, f/11, +1.33 EV, ISO 1000
    I wish for all sunlight but I liked it anyway.

    Great pose and timing, nice species and detail, good DOF.
    I am not crazy about the square crop and the bright BG though.

    Very nice colors, only wish the the right wing is lower so we could see everything :)

    Tough lighting! I like the pose and action, but I do wish for more frontal light to show additional color. It does have good sharpness.

    Nice pose and great colors on the bird despite difficult light, I agree with Ramon BG is too bright, tone the BG to give the bird more pop.
