    For those that aren't aware of the wave it's an area in Arizona made up of sandstone which forms terrific patterns and many compositions can be had there.One needs a permit to hike in. It's about 3 miles from the parking lot.
    I was there twice and was lucky the first time to see a pool of water that had formed. I added Nik tonal adj to get the lines to pop and a bit more sat.
    No specs since it was shot with a slide

    dave, the reflection is really neat and not one that i have seen before from there. definitely fitting for the theme!!! i gotta make it out there some time.

    Now that's good stuff! It's part reality/part abstract. Really an unusual comp, Dave, making for a visually slamming image. I think you could even take the contrast up another notch on the top half if you wanted to contrast it against the reflected area.

    interesting view....that reflection goes deep/high up to the wave top.
    IMO. contrast is already at max

    I had never seen water there, so this really works for me, cool!!

    Really neat Dave, love those sandstone formations and the pic makes you study it for a while to figure out what is where. Wonder what it would look like flipped.
