    nice looking bird with beautiful pose/eye contact and colors,I would prefer to see a bit room on the left!

    Nice bird with colorful plumage. The water sand line going thru the neck is a bit distracting, IMO. I think this would look better as a vertical and with the bird not as centered in the frame. It could also use some more sharpening on the face area. A larger size image would help too.

    I wish someday to be able to photograph this species as it is one of the most beautifull to me. Nice light, pose, detail and BG, I wish for better com only, leaving more room to where the bird is looking to.

    Great bird, loved the exposure and details, wished for a little lower angle and personally think a vertical crop would work well. nevertheless loved the image, congrats..

    I love the sharpness and lighting in this image. The egret's pose is very elegant, he has a very nice haircut ;)
