    A macro image which I converted to B&W using Nik silver fx. I also used a small amount of Nik high structure.
    Nikon D300,200mm macro,f32 1/100,natural light, -2/3 comp,tripod mtd.

    Dave, when I first saw this I was expecting you to say it was a charcoal or ink conversion because of the silvery color in the finished product. I like your choice of comp and you certainly got great details here. One suggestion I have is the URC - there's an area that's brighter there than any of the other three corners. I think if you toned it down a little the two lighter center petals that are flipped up would be even more pronounced and increase their focal point.
