Very good job Ryan, love almost everything on this image, sharpness, BG, soft light, pose of the bird, etc. Very good processing job, by the way.
I would crop just a bit at the top of the frame in order to place de bird more towards upper right corner
Beautiful kingfisher - stunning colours!! Exposure and sharpness are bang on. I would prefer a better head angle. I would blend away the "purplish" circles at left in the BG and clone away the two minor distractions found inside the perch's triangle below.
One of my favourate KF's, with those lovely blues, and their large red beaks. Super pose, sharp, and well exposed Ryan. I would blend the BG into the light spots on the left. Great capture.
Looks like Dan and myself were typing at the same time.
Beautiful shot!
Awesome colours, perch, and BG!
Agree with Juan regarding a little off the top. I might also take some off the LHS. As Daniel mentioned, perhaps toning down the bright spots in the BG.
Beautiful specimen. exposore, colors and overall quality are excellent.
Wouldn't mind a better HA, I would crop a bit of the left
I agree with that.I would blend away the "purplish" circles at left in the BG and clone away the two minor distractions found inside the perch's triangle below.
