Went to this neat little town in Brittany on an overcast and drizzly day. I liked this old mill which is now a restaurant.
    Used Topaz simplify on this.

many interesting elements in this one Dave...very colorful place.
The transparency of the water rendered very nicely, as did the green foliage.

    Did you dine there?

Very nice composition, Dave. I like how the lines lead the eye to the water wheel and falls, and I also like the repeating red elements. Seems like just the right amount of simplify to keep some details.

Hi Dave, Would have liked to dine there but we ate before we arrived at the town.

Your image oozes Europe! :) Makes me very homesick. The colors are so alive. Thanks for bringing this warmth in to my southern winter. :)

I initially thought timeless image of old Europe, then I saw the Dish receivers on the roof. I love the colors, I love the way you are pulled to the waterfalls, and I love the feel of the water. The treatment is nice. The blue building on the left may be a bit distracting but it is what is and i don't see any way changing that. As usual nice job Dave.
