The second post does not look oversharpened to me, it is really rather wonderful. Great light great pose, I quite like to see one having a rest.
The second post Harshad is about right. Looks great. I would remove that colored reflection connecting to the Tiger's ear and maybe consider cropping some off the top, but otherwise, as ever, this rocks !!!!! Nice one!
Yes to David's comments on the reflection by the ear. (I see that you could not move to your left because of the bush). Note: you forgot to set the alarm clock for the Tiger in the front....
Otherwise, majestic. The sharpening in pane 2 is perfect.

Hi Harshad
Wonderful scene. You could do some work on the object behind the ear! Otherwise, I agree that pane two is spot on. :)
TFS Bhai!
I agree on the reflection near the ear and the second post sharpening is right on. I like having on up and one asleep and think this is more powerful then the one previously posted with both sleeping.
Harshad,
I like this one image with one of them sleeping peacefully. I agree about the distraction behind the ear. I am not sure whether you could have shifted a bit but a little bit movement to the right and a lower angle would have helped.
Cheers,
Sabyasachi
Dear all thanks a ton for all commnets
there was no space to move around even 6 inches as we were 4 in jeep
and nearly 40 jeeps lines up could not move vehicle
I think Sabysachi can explain such a situations better

Agree with all the comments and suggestions above. This is very a lovely image.
The number of tourists to this Park is increasing every year. From last year october, the area available for tourism zone has come down, so there is more crowding. Lot of times I have moved away from a sure shot tiger sighting because of the unruly tourists. Infact, some of the better photos are created far from the madding crowd.
4 persons in a jeep with long lens would be tough. You are doing well.
