    Default Blizzard of 'Bane...

    Blurred, in-camera.

Came across this field of Fleabane this morning. Decided to go for the abstract blizzard effect.

Canon 30D; 24-70 f/2.8L lens; handheld, of course.

    1/13 sec @ f/22, ISO 100, 0 EV

Addendum: Guess I could have labeled this Summertime: Blizzard!

Hi Ed, I like the diagonal flow of the image along with the soft colors. Actually I like your original title.

Ed, nice blur! The diagonal flow is nice. IMHO I think I would like about a third off the top - a little below
the darker flowers in the middle. But it's really nice the way it is:)

I like the effect and the degree of blurring. The reddish brown patch just left of upper center bugs me.....

A full one-third off the top might be perfect....

Appreciate all the comments. I just happen to have an image very close to what you all are suggesting. Here it is.

Ed, Your re-post is fantastic! I love in-camera blurs and this one has a real abstract look to it! Well done.
