    Default Incoming Dunlin

    Model = Canon EOS-1D Mark II N
    Exposure Time = 1/1250"
    F Number = F8
    Exposure Program = Manual
    ISO Speed Ratings = 400
    Metering Mode = Spot
    Flash = Off
    Focal Length = 400mm
    Color Space = sRGB
    Exposure Mode = Manual exposure
    Handheld with bushhawk

    This image was made last Spring. This was the first time I had the pleasure of seeing Dunlins. I loved the challenge these fast little speedsters provided for flight images. I got down as low as I could and would fire as they came in towards the shoreline.

    Great wing shape and BG, a bit eye contact would have put it over the top for me.

    Thank you Artie, I use the 400/5.6. Focus speed coupled with the 1D2N is instantaneous.
