    Here the square crop works well, I personally don't like it, but it does works, nice light, pose, detail, comp, BG, colors and species.

    Lovely pose and great looking bird. I am not a square fan either. SOrry. Looks fine though. May I suggest a little more NR on the BG? THanks for sharing. :)

    Hi Nicolas, the square crop is fine with me. Good job at 1000 ISO. A little more NR on the BG would be good though as stated. I really like the repeating colors of the birds head in the water!

    For me the crop works fine. I like the pose of the bird. Very good sharpness.
