Hi All, since you enjoyed the big guy, here's a little one from the same day made during a night dive. It is amazing the excitement that occurs under the water when you are swimming along scanning the bottom with your torch and all of a sudden you spot an unusual critter. You cannot tell from the image; this little Frog - about 3" long - was down below all of us and tucked into a shallow area. AFTER taking your shots, then you start waving your torch around to attract the other divers. We took turns carefully moving into position to take our photos. Hope you like my little Frog - it was one of the highlights of that night dive.

Nice pic Jay, what I feel it lacks is the better angle of view. Too "above" of you know what I am saying. Certainly makes for a nice record of Antennarius maculatus, which really means spotted. So where they get that from? Anyways, did you see the white/orange ones? thanks for sharing.

The same rules apply as with all subjects, clear view, good eye contact. :)

    Jay,
This birds eye view kind of shots or top view shots work well to document the place. However, I would have liked a eye level perspective. You guys are showing us some wonderful colourful creatures there.

    Cheers,

Hi Guys, I do understand that the top shots are just that - documents the place and shows my fellow BPNers something they haven't seen before. I am posting these as much for the comments as to share!
    Enjoy!!
    Cheers, Jay

TFS Jay. As mentioned, without this, we wouldn't be seeing them. Don't mind it as a record. Doing the job nicely.

Peter, I like what you did! BTW, during post processing were you able to something about the little Clown that I was not able to learn when I was there: " little man".

I have heard of "flipping an image" in PP - there was a week of flipped images (I still have to learn how to do that); however, I didn't think you could flip the image onto it's back! ;) :D
