    A quick stop when I saw this from the car. Used a Nik Tonal Contrast on this one. Like the detail it seems to pop.
    Nikon D300 17-85mm,F16 1/250, -1/3 comp, 200 iso, tripod mtd
    (the foreground field is slanted due to the ground contour...used a bubble level)

    Dave, You really have an eye for landscape compositions!!I love the look of this. It reminds me of a Homer Winslow. Nicely seen!!

    Dave, I love this image. The horizontal lines and the vivid colors really make it nice to look at. It looks like
    this was quite a trip!:)

    Wonderful colors Dave. Love the patches of blue sky showing through. Great treatment. I feel as if I were right there looking myself. Thanks for sharing bud. :)

    Thanks all! Yes, it was a wonderful trip. I'll be going through the images for quite awhile sorting, deleting. correcting etc. It's fun sharing an adventure(which I call all my photo trips)

    I too like the horizontal layers of color.....for me, a bit off the bottom would be of benefit
