    Ivan:

    Your bird is sharp, nice HA, prey a big plus.

    The light angle wasn't your friend here, causing shadows on the bird and perch.
    The background is a bit busy for my taste. Possibly a larger f/stop to reduce DOF, since you had plenty of shutter speed to work with.

    I think you might be able to crop away some of the background to simplify the image.

    I agree with all Randy has said, I would recomend under this type of light, to use flash to fill the shadows.
    Congratulaitons as the natural moment and sharpness are great.

    Hi Ivan, very nice capture, the busy BG takes away form the image and I may warm it up a bit.
