This morning Louise and I decided to try Shark Valley. Have to say, not bad, we had some nice opportunities for good images. Clouds and sun mixed made it a little challenging but a couple decent images made their way into the camera.

Good to have you in FLA George. Nicely done. Love the sharp eyes. Good job with the brown stalk on the right. The two branches positioned (unfortunately) over the perch could be made to go bye-bye with some careful QMing...
later and love and watch out for tomorrow's weather! artie

Hey, George! I like how the background habitat works to frame this Little Green. One thing that catches my eye is that the stick covering one of the Green's toes is in the same zone of focus as his eyes (dead sharp), while the toe it's covering is slightly OOF. Looking at your tech stuff tells me that more DOF would have been hard to come by, and visually wouldn't have worked well for the background. I really love the Hunchback of Notre Dame look though ;)
The one I dumped from Flamingo near the rear launch behind the store was similiar. It was just underneath the Osprey nest. Your's is very much more in the open. I shot almost 100 frames of different greenis's and decided to try once more next year. You did better than I did George.
