    Beautiful bird,
I like the BG and the overall colors of the image.
I would cut a bit from the bottom, so that the perch starts at the lower left corner.

Very very nice Glenn, Love the comp, detail in the eye, BG is wonderful and I actually like the "over sized" perch, It has character. Congrats.

Very nice Glenn. Good use of flash as the effect is very subtle. Might remove that pin prick highlight in the eye but that is quite minor. Great work.

Lovely light, VERY nice perch, great BG and lifght as well as species. I like the comp as it is but also I think that a crop from top and a tad from left could also do, I would also suggest to get rid of the catchlight in the center of the eye.

awesome BG , cute and sharp bird
If its was mine, I would crop at bottom from the point where perch starts
