    Default Moorhen Reflection - Juvenile

I always wait for the action to die down amongst the ducks and geese, so that the water is still. As a result we get rewarded with near to perfect reflections. This is a juvenile Moorhen. I left the feather on purpose to add to the image. Maybe it may be distracting to some. Taken in Pretoria last weekend.

A lovely and a very clear reflection, I like the water reflection on the body.
    Wish for a lower angle.

Lovely comp and reflection shot Stuart. Leaving the feathers adds a third element. Nice one!

I like the light, comp, pose, detail and only wish a lower angle, but other than that it looks great. Congratulaitons.

I too am curious about how this might look from a lower angle but then you probably wouldn't get such a lovely reflection. Congrats.

    Hi Stu.
I think you have improved IQ by reducing the ISO to 400 and even going to F8. I dont think you needed the SS here?
I like the comp and reflection.
