Sorry guys, I don't own a macro lens, and practically always have birds as my subjects, but the lens I have focuses pretty close, and occasionally I'll try something different.
Anyway, until I do get a macro lens, here is a spider, and it seemed kind of interesting.

Very cool behavior captured, William. Very nice sharpness, DOF, comp, and background as well. I wonder what is going on with the tiny spider (I think - or are my eyes fooling me?) next to the dragonfly's wing? Possibly a different species adapted to scavenge from the big one's web??

I think Steve's right...there IS another spider! Wow, Bill...fabulous image. The fact that it's all got such great detail and perfect focus - really great! The BG is beautifully exposed leaving a wash of light on the insects. I agree with Al - this has got to be one of your best.

I really appreciate the comments. Thank You! Steve: your eyes weren't fooling you. Actually, I thought it was a mite, or maybe a baby spider? regards~Bill
